Mr. Scanlan handles all types of personal injury cases, he has obtained numerous million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, and he has tried cases and argued appeals in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Scanlan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, and his law degree from De Paul University. A native of Chicago, Mr. Scanlan has maintained his law practice there since 1976.
